Had a great time with LinaK. She was super attentive and made my first experience using this app a positive one. LinaK really knows how to work with your preferences and keeps the energy up right until the end. Plus, her photos are fantastic!

I had my account unjustly suspended after I asked for a refund because my credits were used up due to a glitch on the site. Since customer support won’t reply to my emails, I’m posting yet another review until they sort out my account. They say there’s a limit on refund requests but won’t explain the random site errors that led to my credits being wasted. I’ve had video calls with girls whose cameras didn’t work, costing me 50 credits for nothing. I’ve also called girls on the phone and couldn’t hear a thing, which made me lose another 28 credits unfairly. Yet, somehow, I’m the one being blamed for wanting a refund, which is just sad and frustrating. Plus, they banned my account without letting me know that asking for a refund could lead to that, which if I had known, I wouldn’t have even asked, even though I totally deserve it. If they do decide to reactivate my account, I won’t ask for a refund again since they really don’t like that, but until I hear back from them, I’ll keep posting these reviews.

The ladies on the platform are generally great. However, there’s a lack of customer service from the site - any emails sent about billing or site problems go unanswered.

I reached out through their website's form at least three times, with weeks in between each attempt - still no reply. Just check out their other reviews; it seems they don’t have enough staff to handle responses. It’s an alright site, but if you run into billing issues, don’t expect them to be resolved, so only spend what you can afford to lose.

The experience I had was fantastic mainly because Arouser's service is super simple and user-friendly.
